Demolition and modifications of certain lower ground level structures in the west wing of the original building. Change of floor levels in west wing of the original building. Proposed development: change of use, restoration and extension to farm buildings (formerly used as residential and industrial/storage units, currently used as general workshop for the maintenance of the house and stores) for use as retail units, café and visitor facilities for Castletown House.
