75-unit scheme for Arklow

GANNON HOMES is about to apply for planning permission from Wicklow County Council for a 10-year permission for the construction of a new residential neighbourhood at Tinahask in upper Arklow.

The site is part of a mixed-use residential and commercial development on 39.8 hectares.

This planning application is for 75 three and four-bed houses in a mix of two and three storeys. Gannon Homes is also making a concurrent application to Arklow Town Council for the infrastructural elements in their jurisdiction.
