Windsor Motors site in Dolphin's Barn

The former Windsor Motors site in Dolphin's Barn, Dublin 8 is set to be transformed into a mixed-use development. Plans for a seven-storey building on the South Circular Road site have been submitted to Dublin City Council.

Two retail units, a primary care health centre, offices and 29 apartments are proposed by developers Touchstone Healthcare Group which lists John Bowen, Fergus Hoban and Tony Hughes as directors.

The residential units, according to the developer, will cater for senior citizens and social housing while the medical centre will include dental and GP suites, a UCD research centre and HSE offices.
