Wicklow County Council has given the go ahead for a new residential development in Rathnew. Planning permission has been granted for 163 dwellings and a childcare facility at Ballybeg, Rathnew.
The development will comprise 140 two, three and four bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses. There will also be 15 two and three bedroom apartments in three storey blocks along with eight ground floor and duplex apartments.
Permission was granted subject to 48 conditions.
