Green light for 130 houses in St. Helen's

A NEW 130 unit housing development at St. Helen's, Co. Wexford has been given the go-ahead by planners.

William and Declan Devereux have been given planning permission, subject to conditions, for 130 residential units and 260 associated car parking spaces at Churchtown, St. Helen's.

The development includes a mix of single- and two-storey houses, plus a creche.

In another recently-announced decision, John and Joan Radford have been granted permission, subject to conditions, for a new residential and commercial development at Murrintown which includes 33 houses and three apartments, plus shops, a cafe.
