DECISION TO REFUSE

Location: The Emerald, Donabate, Co Dublin. Proposed development: demolish two-storey shop and living accommodation for a three-storey mixed-use scheme with a total of 14 units. The development will include restaurant and function room, three retail units and post office/convenience store at ground floor level with eight office/commercial units and two kitchenette areas at first floor and a recessed penthouse including two two-bed apartments. South Dublin

DECISION TO GRANT
