Location: Ards, Cartref and Foxley, Old Bray Road, Cabinteely, Dublin 18. Proposed development: demolish Cartref and Ards and associated outhouses for 127 apartments, penthouses and duplex units in four buildings with underground car-parking for 139 cars and 35 surface parking spaces. Location: Texaco Service Station, Churchtown Road Upper, Dublin 14.
