Farranfore Draft Local Area Plan

That's my first ever email from Kerry. The answer is:

Kerry County Council in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended by the Planning & Development (Amendment) Act 2002), has prepared a Draft Local Area Plan for Farranfore.

A copy of the Farranfore Draft Local Area Plan may be inspected at the locations listed hereunder, during normal office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm) from:-Wednesday, 8th November 2006 to Thursday, 21st December 2006.

• Planning Department, Room 13, Kerry County Council, County Buildings,
Rathass, Tralee
• Killarney Area Office, Sr. Joseph’s Road, Killarney.

The Draft Plan is also available for inspection on the Kerry County Council internet site www.kerrycoco.ie

A copy of the Farranfore Draft Local Area Plan may be purchased for a fee of €15. Plans are only available for purchase at the offices of the Planning Department, Kerry County Council, County Buildings, Tralee, (Phone 066-7161801).

Observations and submissions in respect of the proposed Plan should be made in writing and addressed to Ms. Joan McCarthy S.E.O. Planning, Planning Department, Kerry County Council, Áras an Chontae, Tralee and marked 'Submission – Farranfore Draft Local Area Plan'. Observations and submissions must be submitted before 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, the 21st December 2006, and will be taken into consideration before the making of the Plan.
